Η Mattel και η Dark Horse Comics ανακοίνωσαν πως πρόκειται να ετοιμάσουν μία νέα μίνι σειρά κόμικς για το Masters of the Universe, η οποία θα έχει τον τίτλο "Masters of the Universe: The Sword of Flaws" και θα αποτελείται από τέσσερα τεύχη.
Ο Tim Seeley θα γράψει το σενάριο, ο Freddie E. Williams II (Masters of the Universe/Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Turtles of Grayskull, Seven Soldiers: Mister Miracle) θα κάνει την εικονογράφηση, ο Andrew Dalhouse (Masters of the Universe/Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Turtles of Grayskull, Space Ghost) έχει αναλάβει το χρωματισμό και το lettering θα είναι της AndWorld Design (Masters of the Universe/Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Turtles of Grayskull, Canto: A Place Like Home). Το πρώτο τεύχος θα γίνει διαθέσιμο στην Αμερικής στις 24 Σεπτεμβρίου.
