Το Netflix στο πλαίσιο της φετινής ΝΥCC, πριν από μερικά λπετά έδωσε στη δημοσιότητα το προωθητικό trailer για την anime σειρά "Scott Pilgrim Takes Off" η οποία είναι προγραμματισμένο να κυκλοφορήσει παγκοσμίως στις 17 Νοεμβρίου.
Οι Michael Cera (Scott Pilgrim), Mary Elizabeth Winstead (Ramona Flowers), Satya Bhabha (Matthew Patel), Kieran Culkin (Wallace Wells), Chris Evans (Lucas Lee), Anna Kendrick (Stacey Pilgrim), Brie Larson (Envy Adams), Alison Pill (Kim Pine), Aubrey Plaza (Julie Powers), Brandon Routh (Todd Ingram), Jason Schwartzman (Gideon Graves), Johnny Simmons (Young Neil), Mark Webber (Stephen Stills), Mae Whitman (Roxie) και Ellen Wong (Knives Chau) θα δανείσουν τις φωνές τους.
Οι Bryan Lee O'Malley και BenDavid Grabinski (Are You Afraid of the Dark?) θα είναι οι δημιουργοί, ειδικοί παραγωγοί και showrunners του Scott Pilgrim Takes Off. Η Science SARU θα κάνει το animation και η Eunyoung Choi θα έχει χρέη παραγωγού. Ο Abel Gongora έχει αναλάβει να κάνει τη σκηνοθεσία. Χρέη ειδικού παραγωγού θα έχουν και οι Edgar Wright, Nira Park, Marc Platt, Jared LeBoff και Adam Seigel και Michael Bacall.
