Η DC ανακοίνωσε ότι για το 2021 θα ετοιμάσει το DC Future State, ένα δίμηνο εκδόσεων που θα δώσει ματιές στο κοινό για το τι πρέπει να περιμένουμε από Batman, Wonder Woman, Justice League και άλλους χαρακτήρες της DC.
Ανάμεσα σε αυτά είναι και οι ανθολογίες Future State: The Next Batman και Future State: Superman of Metropolis, με τους Mister Miracle, Black Racer και Guardian να έχουν και αυτοί ιστορία. Οι John Ridley, Vita Ayala, Becky Cloonan, Joshua Williamson και Nicola Scott θα είναι ανάμεσα στους δημιουργούς.
